Fitness boot camps workouts can vary but generally include a fairly intense mix of strength training and aerobic elements. One boot camp workout might stress calisthenics while another stresses military-style drills.
In most cases, you can expect to do calisthenics, such as pullups, pushups, lunges and crunches, as well as drills and sprints. In essence, a boot camp workout is a type of interval training — bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity, to build your strength and endurance. But make sure you know what to expect before marching into boot camp.
The goal of a fitness boot camp is to provide a whole-body workout that builds strength and endurance.
At Body by Biju we ask if you have any past or present injuries, and modify exercises to fit your needs. At the same time gradually increase your strength and muscle tone safely.
Our Boot camp class is never boring, we change it up each and every time! For the whole month..you will never do the same thing, while enjoying in a fun environment.
Proper form is a must to prevent injury. A rotation, in a countdown, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, rotate throughout the room, and 1/2 hour of fun, with no yelling, or screaming
Our pre-requisite is, sing along with the music, have fun, laugh and enjoy with rest of the group.
